1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz lychee puree
1 inch sprig rosemary
2 oz gin
3 drops Bitter End Thai Bitters
Rosemary sprig for garnish
Muddle lemon, simple syrup, lychee puree, and rosemary. Add gin and bitters. Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig. cr. Chris Milligan
