2 oz Jamaican rum
3/4 oz Honey syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
8 mint leaves
4 drops Bitter End Jerk Bitters
Muddle, honey, mint and lime in a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig. cr. Chris Milligan
